metiche docs

metiche is an MCP server every teammate's coding agent connects to. Agents say what they are about to do before they do it, and when two are about to write the same files, both are told in their own tool responses. These pages are the manual.

1. Getting started Install, create or join a team, which assistants get configured, and opening your board signed in.
2. Inviting teammates Make a join code from the board or through your assistant, what the limits are, revoking, and how a teammate joins.
